There are expected to be diggers on the field at Day House Leaze, which will be carrying out site investigations.

The developer has agreed to set up a liaison group with representatives form the parish council and the community. More soon.


Charfield Parish Council Objected to this Application, and South Gloucestershire Planning Authority Refused to Permit. The developer then Appealed the decision.

The Appeal was heard on 5th November 2014, and in a decision dated 27th November that year the Appeal was allowed. South Gloucestershire decided to Challenge the decision in the High Court, where this summer it was quashed and referred back to the planning inspector. We await a new decision. July2015.
